Insuramax Contractors, LLC. was formed in January 2003 by Jeff Smith and Jason Redenbaugh. Originally pursuing insurance restoration work, the company’s focus quickly turned to remodeling, especially in older homes. The company held on to the Insuramax name, but works exclusively in remodeling of homes and light commercial properties.
Insuramax Contractors, LLC is a Registered Remodelor with the Home Builder’s Association of Louisville and licensed by the City of Louisville. They, and their subcontractors and tradespeople, are all fully insured.
Gardiner Lane Carriage House Construction
This historic home in the Highlands was fully remodeled by Insuramax Contractors in conjuction with Tom Drexler Plumbing. It is featured in the 2011 HBAL Tour of Remodeled Homes.
Highlands Bath Remodel
Another project in the Highlands, a small, dark 2nd floor bathroom was converted into a luxurious, spa-like master bathroom. It features a large tile shower, heated floors, custom vanity, and deep, whirlpool tub.
